The coach that adapts.

A fitness coach that changes the plan when your life changes, not the other way around.

Amble writes your training, your food and your supplements as one plan. Then you tell it what your week was really like, and it rewrites the plan around that.

It genuinely shapes what we build. Please do not include health or medical information. Skip it if you would rather.

No launch date yet. The beta opens soon, and this list is how you hear first.

Try the idea

Tell the coach what happened. Watch the plan change.

This is a working preview of the app, running entirely in your browser. Open Coach, send a message, and apply the change it proposes. The Today screen updates behind it.

The honest bit

Most fitness apps are written for the week you planned.

  • They assume you already know the vocabulary. Amble explains every movement in plain words, every time.
  • They assume you already train. Amble starts wherever you actually are, including from nothing.
  • They assume nothing interrupts you. Work runs late, knees complain, children get ill. Amble is built to absorb that.
  • They split training, food and supplements across three apps that never speak. Amble keeps them as one plan.

How it works

Four steps, and the fourth one is the product.

01

Tell it about you

Your age, your history, what your body is up for right now, anything you are managing, and how much time you honestly have. A short conversation, not a fitness test.

02

Get one plan

Training, food and supplements written together, at a level you can start at today. Every session explains what to do and why it is there.

03

Live your actual week

Work runs late. Your back is stiff. You went out on Thursday. None of that is failure. It is information.

04

Tell the coach what happened, and the plan rewrites itself

You say what you did, skipped, ate or felt. The plan is rebuilt around it and shown to you as a proposal before anything changes.

Who it's for

We start with people who are starting over.

Beginners and returners are where Amble begins, not where it stops. The same plan keeps working as you get strong.

You trained twenty years ago

You remember what strong felt like, and you already know this is a different body. You do not need persuading that training is worth doing. What you need is a starting point that does not punish you for the twenty years in between, and a way back that does not begin with an injury in week five.

You have never trained at all

Gyms read like a language nobody offered to teach you. That is a reasonable response to how they are designed, not a personal failing. Amble assumes no prior knowledge at any point, and never leaves you to look something up before you can start.

You have started and stopped three times

Each attempt ended the same way. Something got in the way, the app kept score, the red days piled up, and stopping felt easier than explaining yourself to a piece of software. You are not short of motivation. You are short of a plan that survives an ordinary bad week.

Straight answers

Questions worth asking first

Is this medical advice?
No. Amble is a coaching tool, not a clinician. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace your doctor, and when something you describe should be looked at by a professional, it says so plainly and tells you to go and see one.
What if I have an injury or a health condition?
Tell the coach during the intake and whenever it changes. Amble writes around what you describe: different movements, shorter ranges, lighter loads. What it will not do is decide whether your shoulder is fine. If your description sounds like something that needs assessing, it stops and says so. If you take medication that affects your heart rate or blood pressure, talk to your prescriber before starting anything.
What if I miss a week?
Nothing bad happens. You tell the coach, the plan is rebuilt from where you actually are, and the load comes down slightly because a week off genuinely changes what you can handle. Your streak takes a freeze if one is left, there is no catch-up session, and no week in your history is marked red.
Do I need a gym?
No. The early weeks can be done at home with no equipment. If you have a gym, Amble will use it. If you get one later, the plan changes to suit.
