One price, and nothing to pay during the beta.
Amble has not launched. When it does, there will be one plan with everything in it. No tiers, no upsells, no separate nutrition add-on.
There is nothing to buy today. Nothing is charged while Amble is in beta, and joining the early access list costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

What's included
- Your training plan, written for where you actually are
- Food targets and meals that match the training week
- A short, justified supplement list, or none if none is right
- The coach: tell it what happened, the plan rewrites itself

- Export or delete your data whenever you want
- Every future improvement to the plan engine, at no extra charge
What is not built yet
This list exists so nobody joins the list expecting something that is not there. It will get shorter, and we will say so when it does.
- No wearable or smartwatch integration yet. You log by hand, which takes seconds.
- No barcode scanner for food. Foods are searched by name against national composition data.
- No Swedish interface yet, although the food data is Swedish where that matters.
- No coach-to-human handoff. Amble is software, and it tells you when a person should be involved instead.
- No social features, no leaderboards, no sharing. This is not that kind of product.
Pricing questions
- Can I pay you today?
- No, and there is no pre-order. The only thing available right now is the early access list, which is free.
- Will beta users be charged?
- No. Nothing is charged during the beta. If we ever change what a beta participant pays, you will hear it from us before it happens, not after.
- Is there a free tier at launch?
- We do not know yet, and we would rather say that than invent an answer. What we can commit to is one price with everything in it.
- Why not free with ads?
- Because your health data would become the product. It is not sold, and it is not used for advertising.
- Why 99 kr?
- It is roughly one session with a personal trainer per year, and it is a price a subscription can survive at without needing to sell anything else. There is no introductory rate designed to climb later.
