Privacy Policy
Amble is in development. Today the only personal data we handle is what you give us when you join the early access list. This page says exactly what that means.
Who is responsible
The data controller is Oskar Adolfsson. You can reach us at oskar@amblecoach.com with any question about your data, including a request to see it or delete it.
What we collect
Your email address, the optional answer you give about what you would like Amble to help you with, the referral value in the page address if there was one, and the date and time you signed up. Nothing else. We do not ask for a name, an age or any health information, and we ask you not to include health information in the free text field.
Legal basis
Consent, under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. You give it by ticking the box on the sign-up form, which is never ticked for you. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us, and withdrawing it does not affect anything we did while it was valid.
What we use it for
One email when early access opens, and reading your answers so we build the right thing. No newsletter, no drip campaign, no profiling. We do not sell your data, we do not share it for anyone else to market to you, and we never use it for advertising.
Who processes it
Supabase stores the waitlist database on servers in the European Union. Lovable hosts and serves this website. Both act as processors on our instructions and neither uses your data for their own purposes. If we add another processor, for example an email delivery service when the beta opens, we will name it here before we use it.
How long we keep it
Until the beta invitation has gone out and you have had a chance to use it, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. If the beta has not opened within two years of your sign-up, we delete the list and start again.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of everything we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent entirely. Email oskar@amblecoach.com and we will act on it within thirty days. If you are not happy with how we handled it, you can complain to your national data protection authority, which in Sweden is Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten.
The app itself
When the app launches it will handle health-related information, which the GDPR treats as a special category. That processing is not happening yet. Before it does, this policy will be extended to set out the legal basis, the safeguards and the retention rules for it, and list members will be told.
Changes
If anything material changes, we will update this page and tell list members by email.
